MEMBER SERVICES AGREEMENT & TERMS

This Agreement is effective from the date of enrollment (“Effective Date”) between DyslexiaConsulting.com and the enrolling individual (“Member”).

Services: 

DyslexiaConsulting.com offers a training program (“Program”) aimed at delivering business results to Members. The Program is subject to updates or revisions at the sole discretion of DyslexiaConsulting.com. Results shown in promotional materials are exceptional and not indicative of typical outcomes.

Membership Terms: 

Membership duration is as specified at the time of enrollment (“Membership Term”). It automatically renews for the same length unless either party opts out with at least thirty (30) days’ notice before the current term ends.

Payment Terms: 

The Member agrees to pay the membership fee as per the terms and rates specified upon enrollment.

Member Commitments: 

The Member is obligated to comply with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as DyslexiaConsulting.com’s policies and procedures. Constructive feedback and positive engagement in the Program are expected from the Member.

Confidentiality: 

Information shared within the Program is confidential. Disclosure to third parties requires explicit consent from DyslexiaConsulting.com.

Intellectual Property: 

All Program materials and content are the property of DyslexiaConsulting.com and protected under intellectual property laws. No rights or licenses are extended to the Member beyond those explicitly stated in this Agreement.

Refund Policy: 

All payments are final and non-refundable. Members are liable for full payment of the Program fees, regardless of program completion.

Limitation of Liability: 

DyslexiaConsulting.com’s liability under this Agreement is limited to the total fees paid by the Member during the Membership Term in which the liability claim arises.

Governing Law: 

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sydney, Australia.

Dispute Resolution: 

DyslexiaConsulting.com is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits/business interruptions arising from the Program. Liability is limited to a refund of payments made by the Member for the Program. DyslexiaConsulting.com is not responsible for errors caused by the Member. Members cannot claim damages exceeding the contractually agreed limitations. DyslexiaConsulting.com is not liable for delays or damages due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to unknown site characteristics, policy changes, and terms of service alterations.
